ECA 2020 Convention - Refund Process
Thank you for your patience as the ECA Executive Board considered the process for refunding conference fees to our members and coordinated with our Membership Services Director, Kathie Cesa. Thank you Kathie for your dedication to our association!
ECA will be refunding all conference registration fees and event registration fees.
A refund of all registration fees will be processed including fees paid for luncheons, workshops and books, etc. A few members have already generously contributed their registration fees to ECA. If you would like to contribute your fees to ECA, please email Kathie by March 19th at 11:59 p.m. (PDT) at ECARefunds@ecacomm.org.
Please know that we have no expectation of our members contributing conference fees to ECA, but we wanted to include this option in our process to standardized such requests.
Refunds will be issued consistent with the member’s original form of payment. We will process refunds during the weeks of 03/23/2020 and 03/30/2020. Please keep in mind it may take additional time to process refunds if fees were paid by check.
We will reach out to our sponsors and advertisers within the next 7-10 business days to address refunds.
