During the 2023 ECA convention in Baltimore you may have heard that we are planning a truncated strategic planning session, called STRATEGIC DOING. Below you will find more information about the program, so you know what to expect during our time together.
What Is Strategic Doing?
In this session we’ll work together to develop and implement new solutions to opportunities for our association. Around virtual "tables" of 6-8 ECA members, teams will explore growth opportunities, identify a small pilot project, and make a plan for the next 30 days to get started on the project.
The method of STRATEGIC DOING focuses on action-oriented collaborations, measurable outcomes and making adjustments along the way. It answers the questions, “Where are we going?” AND “How will we get there?”
This is not your typical meeting! It’s an interactive and participatory format where we’ll all bring assets and together consider what actions we can take.
