ECA 2020 Convention Program Active

Hello Everyone,

I am pleased to announce that the “search program” feature for ECA 2020 is now active.  The schedule has been proofed by multiple people using multiple methods, but of course there is still a chance you will find an error.  This is your chance!  By 9 PM EST on Thursday, January 23, please follow the steps below.

  1. Click here https://ww4.aievolution.com/eca2001/index.cfm?do=cnt.page&pg=1002 and search for your last name to view your schedule.
  2. Please review for any spelling or other typographical errors and email me at waldeck@chapman.edu with any corrections.
  3. Please alert me of any situations in which you find yourself booked in two places (this is unlikely; but this is your chance to catch it!) (again, waldeck@chapman.edu)
  4. No changes are possible at this time except in cases of program copy errors or scheduling conflicts (#2 and #3).  To the best of my knowledge, I accommodated all special requests that you submitted with your paper or panel.  If I did miss something, let me know.

If you signed up for a research methods workshop AFTER the earlybird deadline in November, those will not appear on your personal schedule.  In addition, if you have already registered for the convention and signed up for the post-convention on external funding, you will not see this on your personal schedule.  We are only asking people to preregister so we have a headcount.

As a reminder, convention registration is open at https://ecacomm.org/aws/ECA/pt/sp/convention_registration

Hotel reservations are available at https://ecacomm.org/aws/ECA/pt/sp/convention_hotels (please book using the ECA room block to support the association).
