The Health Communication Interest Group of ECA is now welcoming submissions to the 2021 Convention, which will be held in Cambridge, MA, aptly themed “Resilience.” Health communication is important more than ever as we navigate new situations and communication challenges. We invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit completed papers and panel/program proposals to the Health Communication Interest Group. Completed papers and panels/programs that embrace the theme of “Resilience” will be particularly welcomed.

Cambridge stands as an icon of resilience, and a symbol of American culture and history. Considered the birthplace of the American Revolution, Cambridge is the site of the first printing press and first books printed in America, and one of the first places to integrate schools. Home to fine dining, eclectic shopping, theaters, museums and more, Cambridge will be an exciting time for ECA 2021.

ECA uses Attendee Interactive to manage submissions and reviews. The deadline for submissions is October 15, 2020 at 11:59 PM PST. If you have not used Attendee Interactive before, you will be prompted to create a new User ID and Password to submit your work. We will notify you when the link is active.
