GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING COMPETITIVE PAPERS:

1. Only ONE paper file should be sent per submission. (Limit 2)
2. This file should be formatted in a .docx or .pdf format
3. This file should be no longer than a combined 20 pages (including appendices, but excluding References)
4. This file should adopt a professional manual style (such as APA, Chicago, or MLA) with informative category headings
5. This file should NOT include any identifying author, school, faculty, or contact information on the title page or in the remainder of the paper.

***Include with this submission a separate page with the following information;

1. Student’s name
2. Student’s address
3. Student’s preferred phone number
4. Student’s email
5. Student’s school
6. Faculty sponsor’s name
7. Faculty sponsor’s address
8. Faculty sponsor’s preferred phone
9. Faculty email
10. If the paper is not accepted, can it be consider it for a poster. Please indicate that it can or cannot be considered as a poster.
